Welcome to Life@Sea
During the month of November (2001) we
had photographer Julian Olivas on board our "Happy Rover".
Julian is a professional photographer, who runs his company
Air-to-Ground from his New York base. He photographed life on
board our heavy lift vessel and the result of the vessel's
day-to-day life can be seen in these pages.
We wish to thank all the people who made this possible: the Master and
crew of "Happy Rover" for making room in their life for a
guest, the IT department of Spliethoff for daily adding to the
newspages and of course Julian for his excellent photography
and his good ideas.

The travels that all vessels of Spliethoff and BigLift make, take
you around the world. From South America to Asia, from Australia
to Europe and Africa and even past the polar circle can you find
the brown and the yellow vessels.
