Chief Cook

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Knowledgeable in European cuisine, baking of bread, 
  • Knowledgeable in menu planning, sanitation, budgeting, etc.
  • Familiarity with tramping vessels worldwide is an advantage but not required 
  • Used to work as single cook on board  
  • Used to working with European crew.
